Acceptance of Terms of Use and Amendments.

1. In order to advertise on this web site, you must register on our site, agree
to provide truthful information when requested, and be at least the age of
twenty (20) or older. When registering, you explicitly agree to our Terms of
Use and Terms may be modified by us from time to time. We will notify you by
email.

2. Each time you advertise with this web site, you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Use. In addition, when using Breeders Club Pucci service through
this web site, you will be subject to our rules and guidelines applicable to
services received.

3. We reserve the right to contact your references and vet. We reserve the
right to determine if you are suitable to advertise with us. We further reserve
the right to remove listings immediately upon receipt of sufficient evidence
alleging misrepresentations, fraud, false advertising, unbusiness-like
conduct, unfair and/or misleading business practices and/or violations of the
standards by those posting listings with Breeders Club Pucci. The alleged
violator shall be emailed the allegations and shall have 48 hours to respond
with proof to the contrary. If, in the sole opinion of Breeders Club Pucci, the
proof to the contrary is insufficient, the listing(s) and membership shall be
terminated without further notice.

4.  Members are required to supply Breeders Club Pucci with current
pictures weekly and information of puppies listed, d.o.b, sex, estimated size
of puppy as adult, breeders information, puppy registration, sire and dam
photo’s, sire and dam size, puppy video (good, but not necessary), puppy
price, shipping cost, shipping information. We ask that any puppy pictures
sent to us for advertising  your puppies, that the Breeder not list the same
puppy pictures with other online pet classifies or advertisers.

5. You agree to not hold us liable on the sale of any of your puppies. You
agree not to involve us with any legal disputes or attorney's fees, that may
be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or
connection with this web site service.
